Punch Transfers is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we will make every effort to address your concerns and ensure your contentment.
Refunds & Reprints:
Our commitment extends to a 45-day refund and reprint policy. Should you encounter any issues within 45 days of receiving your order, feel free to submit a request for a refund or reprint. We stand ready to reprint any order exhibiting print quality or adherence issues, with the exception of cases related to poor file quality. For refunds or reprints for reasons other than print quality, approval from Punch Transfers' management is required.
For orders involving DTF Transfers or UV DTF PermaStickers, adherence to the design requirements is crucial.
Prior to placing an order, please ensure that all details in your shipping address are accurate. An order confirmation email will be dispatched to confirm all order details post-purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If a refund has not been received within 7 business days, please follow these steps:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, bearing in mind that it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Get in touch with your bank, as there is often processing time involved before a refund is posted.
